Start and run embroidery production

The lesson will cover how to start and run Coloreel embroideries.

The external Operator Panel (PC, Laptop, or Tablet) will work the same way.

Watch the video, and repeat if you need to. Then answer the check questions below to make sure you have understood. Try out your new knowledge by practicing it on the Coloreel ITCU until you feel confident.

How do you know when the thread is pulled correctly?

The thread coloring take place early in the ITCU thread path, why you need to pull the thread to get the start marker who marks the start of the correct color brought to the needle

The operator panel will show you the progress when pulling the thread to the start marker. Fine tune by checking the printed start marker position at the needle. Check the thread and pull until you get the right color The unit will sound a beep and stop feeding the thread for a brief moment

What if I choose an incorrect setup?

The color placement precision will be affected for the current embroidery. The color placement precision might be affected at the current embroidery, and it might also affect future embroideries using the same setup It doesn't matter, the color change precision will not be affected

What to do on the Coloreel unit if I want to run the same design one more time?

Press stop, and then Start on the Operator panel and then pull thread to the correct start marker. Press stop, then go to the Gallery to choose the design again Just pull 30-40 cm of thread to the next start marker, and then press start on the embroidery machine.
